Central Lisbon has developed a large part of its activity, especially since 2013, with foreign clients, under the "Golden Visa" and "Non-Habitual Residents".
Since 2013, Central Lisbon has participated in 13 Fairs in China - Beijing, Shanghai and Shenzhen - as well as several Road Trips in other cities in China, namely Haohote, Macau, Hong Kong, among others.
From this activity we helped more than 100 clients in buying real estate and obtaining Golden Visa status.
All the clients, supported by us had 100% success in their claims.
We have also started participation in other Real Estate Fairs and Road Trips in Azerbaijan, Dubai, USA and now we are also heading to Brazil.
Currently we have participated in events of real estate investors located in Portugal with great exposure abroad.
